Carrie Doxsee, is an NFPT Certified Personal Trainer, National Board-Certified Wellness Coach and Nutrition Specialist. She has been working with clients since 2011 to help them achieve their wellness goals. Carrie earned her undergraduate degree in Animal Science and Natural Resource Management from Rutgers University and completed her master’s degree in Science Education from NOVA University. After 15 years in the classroom, Carrie decided to leave traditional education to pursue her passion in health and wellness.
The passion for fitness became more than an extracurricular activity, it became a lifestyle. Exercise and proper nutrition are vital components of personal well-being. She began competing in figure competitions in 2011 and most recently in April and August 2021.
Carrie’s strong background in science and experience in the fitness realm provides her with an in-depth comprehension to understanding the anatomy of the human body, the physics behind the movements of exercise in relation to a client’s anatomy and how the body processes and utilizes nutrients.
Years of working as an educator has prepared Carrie with an ability to deliver effective instruction with an enthusiasm that keeps clients engaged and motivated. After completing the Mayo Clinic’s Wellness Coaching Program and earning her National Board accreditation, Carrie is confident that she can collaborate with her clients to create a training program and establish healthy habits over time designed to fit individual needs and fitness goals.

Mike Carroll, is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. Mike started his fitness journey as an Athlete playing both Football and Basketball in his native Chicago. After school Mike began to take Bodybuilding more seriously by entering the Competitive Body Building World. In November of 2023 Mike made his OCB Natural Men’s Physique Debut Placing Top 3 in the Novice category and Top 5 in the Open category.
“The thing I love most about being a Personal Trainer has to be seeing someone’s confidence grow and to see first hand the result of hard work and discipline.” Mike has worked with various clients of all age groups and exercise limitations. Mike also uses his long history of being an Athlete to help clients with shoulder pain and stretching techniques. “Not everyone’s fitness journey or goals are the same. At the end of the day all of us are trying to better ourselves mentally, physically, and spiritually.” Mike lives on Marco Island and attends Florida Gulf Coast University in Ft Myers.

Kristen Bramhall, developed her passion to become a fitness professional from her own personal journey to achieve the healthiest version of herself. Her path to losing weight and physical fitness helped build her self-confidence and started her mission to helping others.
“It is not always about the final “goal,” but the lessons and experience gained from the steps of the journey”. Kristen loves to watch her clients build strength and gain confidence, thus helping them to achieve the road map to live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
Kristen got her start to becoming a fitness professional by teaching classes for “Boxing for Life” in Winter Haven, FL. This opportunity allowed her to instruct an after-school workout class to fellow teachers and colleagues which provided her the experience and ignited the passion to start to work with others.
She then went on to obtain multiple certifications in Personal Training, Group Training and Nutrition which enriched her with the knowledge and experience necessary to become the top-notch trainer she is today.
