Angela Prodanov graduated with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 1994. Her clinical expertise spans a variety of fields, including sports medicine, general orthopedics, neurological disorders, cardiovascular and pulmonary issues, as well as gait and balance challenges.
Dedicated to patient education, Angela strives to help individuals comprehend the root causes of their pain or discomfort. She offers personalized movement strategies and exercise regimens aimed at addressing these underlying factors. Her enthusiasm for motivating and empowering clients is evident as she assists them in achieving their unique objectives.
Angela is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute, specializing in biomechanics related to golf performance. Furthermore, she is a certified Tennis Performance Specialist (CTPS) through the International Tennis Performance Association.
Angela enjoys integrating screening tools and body assessments to evaluate each player's game, seeking to optimize their physical potential and resolve any musculoskeletal concerns that could result in injury.
Physical Therapy Evaluation
This involves a thorough 60-minute assessment that encompasses a review of your medical history, along with the collection of data related to strength, range of motion, flexibility, and balance.
Physical Therapy Treatment
This consists of a 45-minute personalized treatment session focused on follow-up physical therapy services tailored to your specific needs and objectives. The session may incorporate hands-on manual techniques, stretching, neuro re-education, strength training, balance exercises, and strategies to advance towards your individual goals.
TPI Golfers Assessment
This includes a 60-minute screening assessment conducted by the Titleist Performance Institute, followed by the creation of a customized program aimed at addressing biomechanical deficiencies and enhancing the golfer's overall performance.
